A few things you might be wondering.

Do I need to install the app?

No. Scan a QR code or open a web link to use Bus Mum in your browser. Choose your name from the admin’s bus list to add stock or update your travel status without an account. Administrators sign in on the website. The phone apps are optional.

Do stock requesters need an account?

No. Choose the name your admin added to the bus. Stock-only names do not need a passenger assignment.

Can I use passenger management on its own?

Yes. Each bus can enable passenger management, stock management, or both.

Does a check-in mean the bus is ready?

No. Self-reported check-ins are separate from driver confirmations. The driver must complete a physical check and explicitly confirm readiness.

What happens when a trial ends?

Your workspace locks after seven days, including passenger, stock, QR pages and exports. Your data stays saved. The owner can sign in and purchase a per-bus subscription to unlock it. Creating another workspace does not restart the trial.

Is a tour-wide departure board included?

It is planned for a later release. The current driver view is organised by bus and departure.
