What happens after my seven-day trial?
Your tour workspace locks until you choose a paid bus subscription. Your data stays saved, and the admin can still sign in to arrange payment. There is no automatic charge at the end of the cardless trial.
Am I paying for buses or people?
Tour buses and crew coaches use the same allowance and price. One bus or coach uses one active slot, with no per-person charges. Archived vehicles keep their history without using an active slot.
Can I add more buses later?
Yes. Open Plan & billing to review the cost and confirm a higher bus allowance. To reduce your allowance, archive the buses you no longer need first.
How do renewals and cancellation work?
Subscriptions renew weekly, monthly or annually, depending on your choice. Cancel in Plan & billing to stop the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I manage more than one tour?
Yes. Create another tour from your existing admin account. Each tour has its own address, buses and subscription. Your initial seven-day trial window is shared across your tours; creating another tour does not restart it.
Does everyone need an account or the app?
Only admins need to sign in. Your crew can scan the bus QR code or open its web link, choose their name and use the features you enable. The iPhone and Android apps are optional.
