bus mum.LOOKING AFTER LIFE ON THE ROADThe right link for the job.
Scan a QR code or open a web link. Bus Mum works in your browser; the iPhone and Android apps are optional.
One QR for each bus
In People & QR codes, publish your tour address, add names and download a PDF sign for each bus. Scanning opens the bus page; choose your name to add stock without an account or app.
Choose your name for travel updates
Enable passenger management and include the relevant names in the manifest. People choose their own name to update travel plans. Self-reported check-ins remain separate from confirmed boarding.
Manage from the website
Only administrators need to log in. Everyone else uses the tour or bus link. Admins can download a tour bus list PDF to share with the team, plus printable QR signs.
Print and control access
Download your tour bus list and individual or combined A4 bus signs as PDFs. An active paid subscription keeps your tour address reserved, even without use. Without one, after 90 days of inactivity an emailed warning gives admins 30 more days to keep the address.
